What ENTJ looks like

Captains tend to see what a group could become and then organise the way there. Your answers lean outgoing, idea-driven, logic-first and planned, a mix that often shows up as natural take-charge energy. You may enjoy setting goals, making decisions and moving people toward them, and you probably have little patience for drift. Many Captains are direct, confident and generous with their time when they believe in the mission. Others can feel rushed or steamrolled if you move faster than they do. At your best you combine big vision with real follow-through, give people a clear sense of where they are heading and make ambitious things happen that would otherwise stay on the whiteboard.

How ENTJ compares

Often pairs well with thoughtful, independent people who will tell them the truth. Types that share the middle two letters (INTJ, INTP and ENTP) often find conversation easy. ISFP flips all four letters, so you'd likely teach each other the most. For fun only; there's no compatibility score.
