Work style test: Pacesetter, Spark, Anchor or Analyst

The Work Style test in Personality Tests Pro places you on a 2x2 of pace (fast or steady) and focus (people or task) from 24 statements, about 3 minutes. You come out as a Pacesetter (fast, task), Spark (fast, people), Anchor (steady, people) or Analyst (steady, task), or a blend when you sit near a line, with a dot on the chart and what that style tends to bring to a team.

How it works

  1. Open it. In ChatGPT, say “Start the Work Style test”.
  2. Answer 24 statements. Five dots each. It takes about three minutes.
  3. See your style. A 2x2 chart with your dot, two bars (Pace and Focus) and your style, such as "Anchor" or "Pacesetter with a Spark side".
  4. Share it with your team. Make a link; each colleague can take it from the link and compare styles with you.

Questions

Can I use it to pick who to hire?
No. It's self-report only, about yourself, and not for screening or rating anyone.
What if I'm in the middle?
Near the centre you're an all-rounder ("Utility Player"); near one line you get a blend such as "Anchor with an Analyst side".
Where do the statements come from?
Six facets of the public-domain International Personality Item Pool: three for pace, three for people focus.
